The TRX Rip Trainer comes in 5 different resistance levels, for each level of training:
- Low: provides ideal resistance for small jigs, seniors and young developing athletes.
- Medium: provides the standard resistance level and allows you to have a programmable and motivating workout.
- Strong: provides a 11,3kg resistance. Recommended for experienced athletes looking to increase the difficulty of their training.
- Very strong: provides a 17,2kg resistance. Recommended for athletes in excellent physical condition with a healthy weight exceeding 75kg.
- Extra strong: provides a 22,7kg resistance. Recommended for athletes in excellent physical condition with a healthy weight exceeding 95kg.
