A problem with your order
STATUS & TRACKING
Upon confirmation of payment of your order, you will receive confirmation by email and you can follow the status of your order directly through your account. Upon shipment, you will receive a new email with the tracking number and to see steps on the carrier's website for your delivery.

DELIVERY OF MY ORDER ?
Delivery of goods is carried out in France by COLISSIMO (CHRONOPOST if your order is more than one package.) depending on your choice, within 48 hours after preparation of you order in our logistics center.rnOutside France, the delivery of goods is carried out by FEDEX within 2 to 5 days. The delivery and the amount of shipping costs vary depending on the destination and weight of the package. Transport services that we use do not work weekends and holidays.rnIf you are away, a notice will be left showing you where and when to withdraw your package (within 15 days).
WHAT ABOUT RETURNING AN ARTICLE ?
If you are not satisfied with an item, you have the possibility of returning it to us in 14 days following your purchase. For that purpose, you NECESSARILY have to generate a Voucher of Return before the end of this period in the following way:
1. Select the items you wish to return on the return form included in your package by indicating your motive (by number).
4. Mark the references to return to get back your return number
5. Put your articles in their original packaging as well as your return voucher in your package.
6. Glue the top of the return voucher and drop it to your nearest post office.

*In case of shipping damage or missing items, the customer will have to specify his remarks on the delivery note and confirm them, within three days of delivery, by recommended mail with AR sent to the carrier. 1. How can I earn my loyalty points ?
For each order on our website www.planet-fitness.com , you get 1 loyalty point per euro spent (VAT included, shipping fees excluded) and whatever your order is, even if the product is on sale.rnYour voucher’s validity starts 14 days later and runs for 1 year.
2. How can I use my vouchers ?
Vouchers take effect from a minimum purchase of 50€ VAT included (shipping fees excluded). For any order greater than or equal to 50€ (shipping fees excluded), you can use your voucher by entering its code in the box provided for this purpose at the bottom of your shopping cart’s summary. These coupons are cumulative (subject to the conditions of use of other coupons). IS OUR WEBSITE SECURE ?
