Available products are usually shipped by COLISSIMO within 48 hours for a delivery to France. For other countries, products are delivered within 2 to 5 days by FedEx, depending on the weight of the parcel and the country selected for delivery. Our shipping services do not work during weekends or French official holidays. If you are away the day when your shipment is delivered, you will be contacted by the transport company to set up another delivery date.
All transport risk is assumed by the buyer who, in case of damage during transit, or missing goods, will détail any problems on the delivery order, and will confirm these détails in a letter sent by recorded postal delivery to the transporter. The articles ordered are subject to french VAT and the transport costs for all delivery in the French Mainland.
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a simple refund process provided that you return the garment(s) to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. In the case of defective materials, Les Mills France Inc. should be notified immediately in order to issue a refund or send a replacement item. Refund will be issued based on the original form of payment (credit card or PayPal). Please include the original invoice, purchaser name, address, and phone number inside original packing as well as a note letting us know the reasons why you are returning the product.

If you realize the product received is not working properly or has a defect, you should signal this to us within 48h of receiving the package. We will pay for return postage. For orders made in France, a prepaid envelop will be supplied. For over seas orders we reimburse with the condition of providing us with a receipt of postage.
The manual is given at the training site (TRX, Trigger Point, Stott Pilates) or mailed with the invitation 10 days before the training. The training manual should be printed and brought on the day of the training (specified on the e-mail sent that will contain all the information you need).
The company Planet Fitness has the right to cancel the training 10 days beforehand due to lack of participants. A later date will be proposed. If the proposal is not appropriate, training will be refunded. Similarly, any participant may cancel his participation 10 days before the training and thus request a refund. If you have to cancel your participation later than 10 days before the training date, proof (illness or death of a family member) will be demanded before confirming any refund. Otherwise, no late cancellations will be accepted.
The personal data provided by the customer will not be disclosed to any third parties; unless expressly opposed by the customer, the data shall be integrated into the customer file of Planet Fitness group. According to the law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access and rectification at any time. To exercise this right, simply contact the "Customer Relations" of the company.
