When will I receive my order ?

The delivery of goods to the French mainland will be made within 72 hours (3 working days) after the order has been packaged in our centre for logistics.  Outside of France, the delay will depend on the destination and the weight of the package.  The transport services we use do not work on the week-ends and on bank holidays.  If you are absent, then we will leave a message for you indicating where you can pick up the package (during the next 15 days).

All transport risk is assumed by the buyer who, in case of damage during transit, or missing goods, will détail any problems on the delivery order, and will confirm these details in a letter sent by recorded postal delivery adressed to the carrier.  The articles ordered are subject to french VAT and the transport costs for all delivery in the French Mainland.

How can I follow my shipment ?

When your shipment is being launched you receive an email with your FedEx tracking number to follow up shipment. 

I am not satisfied with my order. Can I make a return ?

To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a refund process provided that you return the garment(s) to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact. Please use FedEx or any other company that will insure your return package and send it to :

The return costs are your responsibility. As soon as your package is received in our offices we will issue a refund. You will therefore be able to re-order on our website.

I have received a defective item ? What should i do ?

You just have to return us the defective item via FedEx or any other company that will insure your return package to :

I want to make a gift to a friend

You can send a gift to a friend when filling in the space named "DELIVERY ADDRESS" in your Profile when registering. The order will therefore be shipped to the address indicated with a delivery note with no business value mentioned. This option is only valid for a shipment on the French Territory.

I’ve ordered Marika / Zobha textile and they’re not in the package that I received.

Don’t worry, the Marika / Zobha textile are sent by a different centre for logistics. You will receive these goods in a different package.
